Do I need to buy or keep stock?
No. Your customers order from the SurgiMart catalogue and we supply the products. You don't need to invest in stock or a warehouse.
Who delivers the orders?
We do. Packing, shipping and delivery to your customers are handled by SurgiMart, and customers can track their orders online.
How do customers get linked to my store?
Once your store is verified you get a Store Id and a QR code. Customers who sign up with your Store Id, or scan your QR code, are linked to your store.
Can I buy products for my own shop?
Yes. As a SurgiMart seller you can buy products for yourself at wholesale rates.
